Kultaran Singh FCA
Kultaran has overall responsibility for accounting, taxation and practice administration and development.
Kultaran qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1974 with Cooper-Parry of Derby. He left them in 1975 to join KPMG at their Birmingham office where he worked until 1978. He eventually started his own practice in 1980.
Kultaran leads our tax investigation team. With his wealth of experience he has built up an excellent reputation locally in dealing with all aspects of HMRC enquiries covering direct and indirect taxation.
He is married and has three children.
Kultaran's local involvements include being a Court Member of the University of Derby, a former Governor of the Derby College for Deaf People and a former Trustee and Director of Derbyshire Community Foundation. He was also active as a Director on the Board of Derby Pride Limited, the City Challenge company formed in the 1990’s to re-generate the inner city areas of Derby including the Pride Park development.
His interests include several local charities, travelling and watching football (as a life-long supporter of Derby County FC) and cricket.
