Our Background

HSKS was formed in 1997 from the merger of Harrison & Sedgwick and Kultaran Singh & Co. Today, we continue to build on our enviable reputation for providing excellent advice and first class service to our business and personal clients alike.

Harrison & Sedgwick was a well-respected firm of Derby Accountants which had been founded in the late 19th century, while Kultaran Singh & Co was established in 1980.

The Present

As well as general accountancy, audit and tax skills, our three partners also have individual specialist skills. This combination of skills enables us to provide clients with a first class service as and when required.
